Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Mayas Macchiatos LLC ("Maya's Macchiatos", "we", "us"), a coffee catering company based in Dallas, Texas. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@mayasmacchiatos.com.

When you request a quote, we collect the details you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or location, guest count and any notes about your event.

Like most websites, we also automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring page and, if you arrived from an ad, the click identifier attached to that ad.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send your quote, plan and deliver your event, and follow up about your booking. We also use aggregated website and advertising data to understand which pages and ads are useful and to improve them.

We do not sell your personal information.

This site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, which set cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and ad performance. Our quote form is provided by FlashQuotes, which processes the information you submit on our behalf.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our quote form, email, scheduling, payment and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

We keep quote and booking information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you've given us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@mayasmacchiatos.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
