We had Maya's Macchiatos host an event at Southwest Airlines HDQ and had an absolutely incredible experience! Not only were the drinks delicious, but Brandon and the team were incredible to work with. Brandon had great communication throughout the event, leading up to and after it. In addition, he went above and beyond to create a custom menu that fit right within our budget! We will definitely be using Maya's Macchiatos in the future and know that he's already booked again for other events at SWA. I couldn't recommend Maya's Macchiatos enough!

We recently used Maya's for a department event and they were such a hit! We had them do a custom logo latte foam topper. The coffee was delicious and it was the best way to kick off our all day meeting! I did a little shopping around for coffee carts, and Maya's was the most responsive and the most affordable but also provided excellent service. Val, Karri and Sam were great baristas! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this coffee catering service! Brandon and Brittany were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process—I always received quick replies and never felt left waiting, which made everything easy to coordinate. The coffee bar was a big hit, and the drinks were excellent. Noemi and Val were fantastic—friendly, engaging, and they brought such great energy to the event. We received lots of positive feedback from our staff and would definitely recommend them!

We used them for our wedding as a last-minute fun add-on during the reception. Not only was their communication beforehand great and super helpful for a follow questions about things maybe add or remove from our menu. They showed up on time got set up quickly and everyone loved having the espresso cart there. They were so respectful and even though I was so amped up, I didn’t actually have a coffee that night having access to the cart was amazing for all of our guests and they were so sweet and even came up to me and thanked me in person for inviting them to be part of the day. I will try to add photos to my review later on, but the company was awesome. The pricing was very reasonable and their communication was superb.

I attended a private event and absolutely loved their coffee! The pistachio latte was incredible, and I also tried the cold brew with salted caramel cold foam. Wow, so smooth and perfectly balanced! I’m an avid coffee lover, and their service was impeccable from start to finish. They offer a great variety of unique flavors too. Highly recommend and look forward to hiring them for my next event!
